Where lighting ideas turn into real lighting solutions

Agricultural Grow Lights

Horticultural LED fixtures for greenhouse and indoor growing operations.

Grow lighting is lighting with a biological job: driving photosynthesis where sunlight alone cannot. Our agricultural grow light selection covers horticultural LED fixtures for greenhouse supplementation and indoor growing, built to deliver the spectrum and intensity plants use rather than the light that merely looks bright to people.

Plant Light Is Measured Differently

Human lighting is measured in lumens, weighted to what eyes see. Plants use a different band of the spectrum, so horticultural fixtures are evaluated on the photosynthetic light they deliver to the canopy and how efficiently they make it.
That is why a grow fixture and an ordinary high bay of similar wattage are not interchangeable, even when they look alike hanging from the same ceiling.

Greenhouse Supplement or Sole Source

Greenhouses use grow lights to extend day length and carry crops through low-sun seasons, layering fixture light on top of sunlight. Indoor operations run sole-source lighting where the fixtures are the only sun the crop ever sees, which raises the intensity and uniformity the design has to deliver.
The two duties point at different fixtures and layouts. Tell us which operation you run and the crop, and we will match hardware to it.

Heat, Moisture and Duty Cycle

Grow environments are humid, warm and long-duty: fixtures run daily schedules for entire seasons. LED horticultural fixtures shed far less heat into the canopy than the HID generation did, and wet-location construction survives the watering and washdown a growing space sees.
Mounting height above canopy and fixture spacing set uniformity, which matters agronomically, uneven light grows an uneven crop.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not effectively. Horticultural fixtures deliver spectrum and intensity measured for photosynthesis, not lumens weighted for human vision.

Yes, supplemental greenhouse lighting extends day length and carries crops through low-sun months on top of natural light.

High enough for even coverage at the intensity the crop needs, set by the fixture’s output and beam. Uneven light grows unevenly.

LED puts less heat into the canopy, runs more efficiently and holds output across long seasonal duty.

Send dimensions, crop and whether sunlight is part of the system, and we will suggest fixtures and spacing.
