About Our Pickleball Court Lighting

An LED pickleball court lighting system provides reliable, quality lighting for customers with a standard 35’ x 70’ court pad with actual standard pickleball court measuring 20’ wide x 44’ long (inclusive of lines). The poles are available in several colors, including black, white, green and bronze. They can also be finished with a powder coating for additional durability and protection against saltwater in appropriate areas. If you’re installing a pickleball lighting kit in a high wind zone area, contact us for pricing on specialized, wind-resistant lighting poles. Four 120-277V LED lights are included in the kit and are rated for a minimum of 60,000 hours of performance. The LED lighting fixtures operate at a 4000K color temperature, which is similar to natural sunlight visibility. Little to zero maintenance is required during the fixtures’ lifetime. Our pickleball court lighting kits come with four 20’ round steel straight poles, built with a 4” diameter and 10-gauge thickness. Designed for mounting at 20”, four 176-watt LED fixtures are also included, along with tenon adaptors and hardware. What Does a Standard Pickleball Court Need?

A dedicated pickleball court is far smaller than a tennis court, so it does not need tennis-scale poles or wattage. What it needs is uniformity: even light from baseline to baseline with no dim band at the kitchen. Two correctly placed poles handle many single-court layouts, with the fixtures aimed so the brightest part of the beam lands on the surface rather than in a player’s eyes at the net.
Multi-court facilities work differently, with shared poles between pads. Send the layout and we will model it free of charge.

Converting Tennis Courts to Pickleball

A single tennis pad converts to multiple pickleball courts, and the existing tennis lighting rarely lines up with the new court positions. Sometimes re-aiming existing fixtures gets you there. Sometimes the pole positions fight the new layout and a purpose-placed system is the honest answer.

Glare Control for a Small, Fast Court

Players look up constantly in pickleball, tracking lobs and serves against the sky. Fixtures with controlled optics, mounted high enough and aimed into the court, keep the source out of the sightline. Shields and visors handle tight residential settings where the geometry leaves no room for error.
Full cutoff optics also keep spill off neighboring yards, which is often what decides whether a backyard court gets built at all.
