What Size Christmas Tree Does the Space Need?

Size is driven by viewing distance and by the scale of what surrounds the tree. A tree that looks large in a warehouse looks small in an open plaza with buildings on three sides. As a rough guide, the taller the surrounding structures and the further back people stand, the taller the tree needs to be.
Trees are stocked in bands running from under 8 feet up past 80 feet. Ceiling height, door width for delivery, and where the tree is stored for eleven months of the year are all constraints worth checking before choosing a height.

Should You Buy Pre-Lit or Unlit?

Pre-lit trees arrive with lighting already installed on the branches, which cuts setup labor substantially and gives an even, consistent result year after year. For a crew putting up a large tree on a schedule, that labor saving is usually the deciding factor.
Unlit trees give complete control over the lighting scheme, let you change color or style between years, and let you replace the lighting independently of the tree. Both are stocked in the same size bands.

Wreaths and garland carry a display across the rest of the site: entries, light poles, railings, storefronts and interior spaces. Wreaths are stocked in a range of diameters in both pre-lit and unlit, in several needle styles.
Garland runs the same idea along a length. Matching the needle style between the tree, the wreaths and the garland is what makes a site read as one coordinated display rather than several separate purchases.

What Holiday Lighting Do Commercial Sites Use?

Commercial grade LED strings are built for outdoor runs, longer connected lengths and repeated seasonal handling. C7 and C9 lamps are the traditional larger bulb forms used on rooflines and along architectural edges.
Strings, reels, replacement lamps and the associated accessories are stocked so a display can be extended or repaired without re-buying the whole scheme.
