Can I add color to the G4 path lights I already have?
If they take a G4 bi-pin lamp, yes. Swap in the LL4R and the fixture can show color or white from the app. The frosted polycarbonate cover over a ceramic base diffuses the light 360 degrees inside the fixture.
How bright is it on white versus color?
CLS lists about 107 lumens on white. Colors are much lower: roughly 52 lumens on green, 14 on red and 6 on blue. Treat color mode as a glow for mood and holidays rather than for lighting a walking surface.
What power does it run on?
CLS lists 12 volts AC for this lamp. Draw on white is about 2.9 VA. The capsule is fully encapsulated for humid enclosures and rated IP54.
