Underwater and Fountain Lights
Sealed fixtures for fountains, ponds and water features, built to run submerged.

Water and electricity coexist only inside a fixture built for it. Underwater lights are sealed, submersible fixtures for fountains, ponds and water features, where the light plays through moving water or grazes a basin from below. This is unforgiving duty, and fixture quality separates a feature that glows for years from one that fails its first winter.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Only fixtures rated for continuous submersion, with submersible cord and sealed entries, belong below the waterline.
Place fixtures so the beam works through the moving water, below falls and jets. The movement itself creates the effect.
Low voltage systems are standard for submerged fixtures, fed from a transformer with connections made above the waterline.
Brass and stainless steel handle treated fountain water and pond chemistry far better than aluminum in this duty.
Position fixtures so seasonal cleaning and draining can happen without disturbing wiring, and inspect seals when the feature is serviced.
