Where lighting ideas turn into real lighting solutions

High Bay and Low Bay Lighting

UFO and linear LED bay fixtures for warehouses, gyms, shops and every ceiling over fifteen feet.

Bay lighting is the industrial workhorse category: fixtures made to hang from high ceilings and drive useful light all the way down to the floor. High bays serve the taller half of that range, low bays the shorter, and choosing correctly matters because the same fixture that is right at thirty feet is a glare bomb at fifteen. Our range covers UFO round and linear LED bays across the output spectrum.

About Our High & Low Bay Lighting

Whether you’re looking for flourescent, metal halide, or LED, our variety of high bay lighting fits warehouses and factories with large open areas. LED Spot’s high quality selection of indoor lighting includes a variety of sizes and materials to withstand commercial work zones.

High Bay or Low Bay: Ceiling Height Decides

The split is mounting height. Taller ceilings need narrower, more concentrated distributions to push light down through the distance, which is high bay territory. Lower industrial ceilings need wider distributions that spread light before it hits the floor, which is what low bay optics do.
Fixture spacing follows the same geometry: height and beam angle set the grid that delivers even light with no dark aisles between fixtures.

UFO Round or Linear

Round UFO high bays are compact, powerful points, ideal over open floor and racking aisles when hung at the right spacing. Linear bays spread light along their length, which suits aisle racking, workbench lines and gyms where a continuous band of light maps to the space below.
Warehouse aisles between tall racking are their own problem: the fixture has to throw light down a narrow canyon, and aisle-optic linear bays are built exactly for it.

Replacing Metal Halide and Fluorescent Bays

The classic retrofit is a 400 watt metal halide high bay to LED, ending the warm-up delay, the color shift and the relamp cycle in one swap. Fluorescent high bay banks convert the same way. Existing mounting points and circuits usually carry over.
Count the fixtures on the floor plan and send it over. We will map an LED replacement grid that usually improves uniformity while cutting the connected load.

Frequently Asked Questions

Taller industrial ceilings take high bays with concentrated optics. Lower ceilings take low bays with wider spreads. Mounting height decides, not preference.

UFO rounds suit open floors as gridded points. Linears suit aisles, bench lines and gyms where a band of light matches the layout below.

Yes, that is the standard warehouse retrofit, with instant start and stable color where MH drifted and delayed.

Spacing follows mounting height and beam angle. Send the floor plan and we will lay out the grid free of charge.

Yes, gyms and rec spaces are core low bay and linear applications, often with wire-guard options where balls fly.
