LED Single 15 Foot Round Pole Kits

A short round pole with one LED head, scaled for small lots, walkways and building frontage.

Fifteen feet is about as low as a pole-mounted parking light goes, and that is the point. This kit puts one LED fixture on a 15 foot round steel pole in bronze, with anchor bolts and a base cover included. The fixture runs on 120-277 volts, comes in two wattages, and is offered in 4000K neutral white or 5000K cool white. The low mount keeps light close to the ground, which suits small lots, drive-thru lanes, walkways and the front row near a building entrance. Not sure which white to pick? Our guide to LED color temperatures walks through it. Tip: plan closer pole spacing than you would at 20 feet. A single head on one arm is the lightest load on LED Spot’s fixture EPA chart short of a post top: 1.6 sq ft for a Lifestyle Small luminaire and 1.8 sq ft for a Lifestyle Medium.

Where does a 15 foot single round pole fit best?

Short poles solve specific problems. Use these points to decide if this is the right height.

  • Small footprints. Lots with a handful of rows, side parking at a clinic or a restaurant pad often light well with a few short poles instead of one tall one.
  • Neutral or cool white. 4000K reads warmer and softer next to storefronts and homes. 5000K gives crisper contrast for security cameras.
  • Spacing. A lower mount concentrates light under the pole and spreads it less, so expect to place poles closer together to avoid dark gaps.
  • When to go taller. If the lot is more than a few rows deep, compare the 20 foot round single before adding more 15 foot poles.
  • Perimeter first. Single heads belong on the lot edge aimed inward. Interior poles with stalls on both sides get more from a double.

Round poles match a softer architectural look. To source a pole on its own, browse our round straight steel light poles.

The fixture is rated for 120-277 volts. That covers the most common service voltages on commercial sites.

For small lots, entries and walkways it works well. On larger fields, the short mount means more poles to reach even coverage, so a 20 or 24 foot kit is often the better buy.

Yes. A photometric layout is available on request and shows how many 15 foot poles your site needs and where they go.

LED Spot’s chart lists a single arm assembly at 1.6 to 1.8 sq ft depending on luminaire size, against 1.1 to 1.3 sq ft for a post top mount. Check the figure for your fixture against the pole’s rating at local wind speed.
