The CLS LL36R is a 10 watt PAR36 LED with RGB color plus a dedicated white chip, controlled from a phone through the Tuya app, so a facade can move from warm white to red and green without a ladder.
Do I need separate controller hardware for the color effects?
No. Color, dimming and scenes are handled in the app. Bluetooth covers local control when you are on site, and Wi-Fi gives remote access to the lamps.
How bright is white compared with the colors?
On white, CLS lists about 486 lumens at 12.1 VA. Saturated colors put out far less visible light: roughly 232 lumens on green, 94 on red and 38.5 on blue. Plan color scenes for closer, smaller targets, or add fixtures on a facade when a deep blue has to read from the street.
Which fixtures can run a PAR36 smart lamp?
Any PAR36 fixture rated for the lamp, including many in-ground wells and flood lights. The die-cast aluminum body is sealed to IP67, the lamp is offered in 20, 38 or 60 degree beams, chosen when ordering, and it runs on 12 volts AC.
