Set one pole in the center of an open parking field and light it in four directions. Each LED Quad 25 Foot Square Pole Kit pairs four matched fixtures, offered at 140 or 180 watts per head, with a 25 foot straight square steel pole in bronze. White and a galvanized saltwater option are also listed. Quads earn their keep where stall rows and drive aisles surround the pole on every side, not on a property line where half the output would spill off site. Compare it against our other LED parking lot lighting kits before you lock in a pole grid. Tip: four heads add projected area, so size the foundation for the full assembly. LED Spot’s fixture EPA chart puts a number on that: a quad 90 bracket reaches 4.9 sq ft with the Lifestyle Medium luminaire, nearly triple the 1.8 sq ft of a single arm.

Is a 25 foot quad the right center pole for your lot?
A quad at this height is a common middle ground for large retail, church and office lots. Work through these points before ordering.
- 140 or 180 watts. Pick 140 when poles sit fairly close together or neighbors are sensitive to glow. Pick 180 when the grid is sparse and you need more light reaching the midpoint between poles.
- Height versus spacing. At 25 feet the light spreads farther than at 20 feet, so fewer poles can cover the same field, though foot-candles directly under the pole run a little lower.
- Wind load. Four heads present more effective projected area (EPA) than one or two, which is why coastal projects should look at the galvanized option and a site-specific wind check.
- Moving up or down. If the layout still shows dim gaps between quads, compare the 30 foot quad. If the lot is tight, a 20 foot quad keeps light closer to the pavement.
- Drag, not just area. A wind rating combines projected area with a drag coefficient that depends on the fixture’s shape, which is why two heads of similar size can rate differently. Use the published figure for the fixture you order.
Send us a site plan and we can run a photometric layout on request to confirm pole count and wattage.
Quad 25 ft Square Questions
The wattage in each kit name refers to the fixture model used on all four heads. A 180 watt quad therefore has four 180 watt fixtures on the pole. Use the per-head figure when you size circuits and estimate energy use.
You can, but two of the four heads will aim toward the property line or beyond it. For perimeter rows a single or double kit usually puts more of the light where cars actually park. Save quads for poles with pavement on all sides.
Bronze is the standard finish, and white is also listed for this kit. A galvanized pole is available for saltwater and coastal locations. Ask us to confirm finish availability and lead time when you quote.
It depends on lot size, target foot-candles and how the stall rows run, so there is no fixed ratio. A photometric layout, available on request, places the poles and shows the light levels before anything is ordered.
Use the design wind speed your local code assigns to the site. In hurricane-prone areas, LED Spot recommends looking at ratings up to 150 mph, and our article on hurricane wind ratings for light poles explains why.
