The hot dip galvanized version of our round straight steel poles. Galvanizing coats the pole inside and out and holds up where painted steel will not, which makes these the right call for coastal zones, irrigated landscapes and any site with a long maintenance interval. Heights run 10 to 35 feet in 3 to 5 inch shafts, 11 gauge and 7 gauge, anchor base with template.
Sprinkler overspray and standing water attack the bottom of a pole first, so on irrigated sites order galvanized anchor bolts with the pole and keep the base cover in place. Near the coast, plan for wind as well as salt: LED Spot’s guidance for hurricane-prone sites is a pole and fixture package rated for wind speeds up to 150 mph.
