This package pairs a 15-foot, 4 inch square straight steel pole in 11 gauge wall with a single shoebox fixture, plus the anchor bolts and a base cover that trims the joint between concrete pier and pole. At 15 feet, it suits small lots, building entries, recreation areas and walkways where a taller pole would be out of scale. One fixture per pole keeps the wind load low and the hardware simple. Two SKUs are listed in this group. The listed fixture is a metal halide shoebox, so if you want LED heads on this pole height, compare our LED parking lot lighting kits before ordering. If you pair this pole with an LED head instead, recheck the wind fit using the new fixture’s EPA; LED Spot’s pole selection guide shows the step by step check.

Is a 15 ft single fixture pole package right for your site?
A short single-head package is about scale and simplicity. Check these points.
- Area size. 15-foot poles work for small lots, paths and courts. On a large lot you would need many of them, and a taller pole is usually more efficient.
- One head, one direction. A single fixture lights one side of the pole. Place it on the perimeter aimed into the area.
- Pole wall. The 4 inch square, 11 gauge shaft is matched to a single head. Adding fixtures later raises the load on the pole, so ask before you add arms.
- Foundation. The anchor bolts come with the package. Your contractor still needs to size the concrete pier.
- Swapping heads. Any change of fixture or bracket changes the assembly’s EPA. Compare the new figure with the pole’s rating at your wind speed before mounting it.

15 ft Single Fixture Package Questions
The package includes a 15-foot, 4 inch square straight steel pole with 11 gauge wall, one shoebox light fixture, anchor bolts and a base cover. Buying it together means the pole, head and hardware are already matched. Contact LED Spot for lead time.
The package listing describes a metal halide shoebox fixture. If you want LED, look at our LED parking lot lighting kits or ask us about pairing this pole with an LED area light. We can help match the mount to the pole top.
Short poles fit small parking areas, entries, recreational spaces and walkways. They keep light closer to the ground and in scale with nearby buildings. Larger lots usually call for 20 to 25 foot poles.
Each added fixture raises the effective projected area the pole has to carry in wind. Check with LED Spot before adding a head so we can confirm the pole is rated for it. A triple fixture package uses a heavier pole for that reason.
It depends on the fixture’s size and shape, so ask for the shoebox’s published EPA. For comparison, LED Spot’s chart lists single arm assemblies with its Lifestyle luminaires at 1.6 to 1.8 sq ft.
