Deck railings, fence posts and step risers often need different light levels on the same project. The CLS IDL02A is a semi-moon die-cast aluminum deck light with an integrated switch that sets output to 1, 2 or 3 watts, from 90 to 270 lumens, at 2700K. It comes in an Antique Bronze finish.
Why choose a switchable wattage deck light?
One fixture covers accent and safety lighting. Run posts at 1 watt for a soft glow and stair risers at 3 watts for clear footing, without stocking separate parts. Adjusting output also helps balance brightness between near and far fixtures.
Will it stay bright at the end of a long run?
It accepts 9 to 17V AC or DC, so light output holds steady even where voltage drops over a long wire run.
Can the LED be replaced?
Yes, the LED module is replaceable. The housing is high density aluminum for strength and heat management, rated IP65 with a clear tempered glass lens and a concealed wire exit. A 72 inch lead is included.
