How does an 8 watt smart up light compare with the 25 watt flood?
The STB01B is the accent size: a single tree, a column or a sculpture. For broad walls and large canopies, a higher wattage flood covers more area.
Which beam angle should I choose?
CLS lists 24, 36 and 60 degree versions. Use 24 degrees for tall narrow targets such as palms or columns, 36 degrees for medium trees, and 60 degrees for wide shrubs or a short wall.
How is it controlled and powered?
Bluetooth control handles color and white tuning with dimming from 1 to 100 percent. The fixture runs on 9 to 17 volts AC or DC, and the IP65 housing is sealed with gaskets and clear tempered glass. A 72 inch 18 gauge SPT-1W lead is attached.
