CLS HL12A04 12″ Solid Cast Aluminum Integrated LED Hardscape Light (4W)

Long wall caps and wide outdoor kitchen counters look patchy when lit with short fixtures spaced far apart. The CLS HL12A04 is a 12 inch hardscape light in die-cast aluminum on a stainless steel mounting plate, spreading 400 lumens from 4W in a downward wash that brings out the texture of stone and block.

Why use one 12 inch fixture instead of more 7 inch ones?

A longer light source spreads more evenly across the face of a wall, so you can use fewer fixtures with smoother overlap between them. Fewer fixtures also means fewer connections and fewer brackets to set under the caps.

Can the LED be replaced later?

Yes. The LED core is serviceable and swaps out without disturbing the original wiring or the stonework around it.

Aluminum or brass for this wall?

This aluminum version, in Antique Bronze, suits most walls and kitchens. If you want a brass body that weathers along with natural stone, the HL12B04 is the brass counterpart at the same 4W and 400 lumens. The HL12A04 runs on 9 to 17V AC or DC at CRI 85+, behind a frosted tempered glass lens.
