Oregon Fir Frame commercial Christmas trees are built on a frame, and the lowest ring of greenery covers the base so the tree meets the floor flush. Branches run about 26 inches long with deep green tips. LED Spot stocks five heights, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 ft, and each one comes three ways: warm white LED, multi-colored LED or unlit. That range fits school lobbies, shopping center courts, government buildings and hotel atriums with ceilings from the mid teens to the low twenties. How Tall Should Your Oregon Fir Frame Tree Be?
Five heights and three lighting choices give you fifteen combinations. Narrow them down this way.
- Height and clearance. Stocked at 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 ft. Measure the full height including the frame base, then keep 6 to 12 inches below the ceiling. A 16 ft ceiling fits the 14 ft tree with room left for a topper.
- Footprint. Widths run from about 78 inches at 12 ft to about 102 inches at 20 ft, a moderate spread that keeps walkways open.
- Light color. Warm white reads as classic in lobbies and offices. Multi-colored LEDs suit schools, family venues and retail floors.
- Unlit option. Pick unlit if your team already owns strings or wants a custom pattern.

The tree is built on a frame, and the bottom branches cover the base so the greenery reaches the floor. There is no visible stand to hide, which gives the tree a finished look from every side.
Yes. The 20 ft size comes pre-lit with warm white or multi-colored LEDs, and it is also sold unlit. The same three choices apply at 12, 14, 16 and 18 ft.
The tree ships in several large boxes, so plan for dock or storage space when it arrives. If you need a size under 12 ft, contact our customer service team.
Order in early spring when the commercial buying season opens. Trees in this height range usually ship within about 30 days, and having the tree by July 1 leaves time to stage your display.
