Accent lighting for trees, walls and focal points used to mean picking one color and one beam and living with it. The CLS IUL02-R (part IUL02A-R) is a die-cast aluminum up light with an integrated RGB and tunable white LED, Bluetooth control through the Tuya app and three interchangeable lenses.
Which beam lens should go on first?
CLS includes 24, 36 and 60 degree lenses with each fixture. Start narrow on a tall trunk or column, go to 36 degrees for a medium tree or sign, and use 60 degrees to wash a wall or a wide planting. Swapping lenses on site saves replacing a fixture when the first choice is wrong.
How wide is the white range?
The price guide lists tunable white from 2700K to 6500K plus full RGB color, with output adjustable from 0 to 8 watts. That covers warm landscape white, cooler moonlight effects and event colors from one fixture. CLS rates the CRI at 85.
Can it hold up as a permanent landscape fixture?
The body is die-cast aluminum in an Antique Bronze finish, gasketed and rated IP65, with a tempered glass lens. It runs on 9 to 17 volts AC or DC and comes with a 72 inch lead.
