Sometimes a fixture needs to sit off to the side of its stake or mount, to clear a stone edge, reach past a plant or aim from a better angle. The CLS A05LC is a brass L-shaped connector, 3.26 inches tall by 3.20 inches wide, that offsets the fixture from its mounting point.
When would I use an L-riser instead of a straight riser?
A straight riser only adds height. The L shape moves the fixture sideways, which helps when the stake has to go into soil behind a border but the light needs to sit over the edge, or when a spotlight has to come off a wall or post at an angle.
Will it fit my fixtures?
CLS lists it as compatible with standard half inch threaded landscape lighting fixtures, so check the thread on your path light, spotlight or accent fixture before ordering.
Will it match brass fixtures?
It is cast brass in an Antique Bronze finish, so it blends with brass fixtures and weathers along with them outdoors.
